Payment Terms
100% payment must be sent with all orders. We accept checks, bank checks, money orders or you can charge your order to Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

Turnaround Time
Most orders ship within 8 working days upon approval of your FINAL signed proof.

Order Arrival
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST begin production on that day. All orders received after 12:00 p.m. will begin on the next weekday. Cancellations If you choose to cancel your order once it has been entered into our system, a minimum fee of $50.00 will be assessed. If your job has been completed at the time of cancellation, you will be charged for the entire job (no exceptions).

Image Formats
All images/logos provided by the customer on disk must be either .eps of .tiff files, Save all images at high-resolution (300dpi) at the final size of printed piece. You must also convert all RGB color images to CMYK or spot colors.

Proofs
CAC offers a fax proofing service which enables you to see a layout before printing.Fax proofs are available for placement of copy and type approval only. CAC is not responsible for errors on approved proofs which have been signed and returned by the customer. Color proofs are available, additional production time and cost may occur. Shipping charges for proofs will be billed to final invoices.

Quality Control
CAC checks your job before printing begins and before the job is shipped to ensure our work will meet your specifications. If you are dissatisfied, a formal complaint must be made within 48 hours of receipt. CAC reserves the right to review the situation within 48 hours.

Quotations
Quotes given by CAC are valid for thirty days. Quotes not accepted within this time limit are subject to review and may be requoted.

Cropping
Desired cropping and sizing should be indicated for each picture submitted. If specific instructions are not given, CAC will use its own discretion for cropping and sizing. Customer agrees to accept CAC's judgment if specific instructions are not submitted with the order.

Copyright Infringements
CAC will not accept responsibility of copyright infringements resulting from the reproduction of documents or photographs provided by its customers. Ownership of the images are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
CAC collects sales tax in California, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, New York, South Carolina and Virginia. Appropriate affidavit and tax number must be submitted for resale or other legal exemption of state sales tax.

Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for all freight and delivery charges. All orders are shipped U.P.S. ground service. We will be pleased to send orders using other carriers or delivery options per your request and at your additional cost.
